Perfectly connected and in the heart of the lively Werksviertel around Munich’s Ostbahnhof (Munich East) train station, it is home to a wide choice of restaurants, bars, cafés, culture and recreational options, as well as retail and hotels. And the House of Communication (HoC) with the überlab is also part of this infrastructure.

The HoC is made up of three buildings in total, where creatives, start-ups and aspiring companies can work and interact. We are opening the doors of the HoC and inviting you to be part of the überlab – whether as a permanent tenant, day guest or visitor.
