What really brings a building to life is the people who spend time in it and the experiences that they have there. Contents on the topics of innovation, communication and New Work will be created with the überlab, which the House of Communication will also open up externally. As a platform for meetings, interaction and collaboration, the entire building – including the outdoor areas, gastro spaces, iTrack and rooftop terraces – can be used.

Learning Journeys
An innovative format that brings content on the topics of new work, innovation and changes in the world of work to life and communicates it interactively. Great instigators pass on exciting content with the inclusion of the diverse possibilities of the new House of Communication. Lectures
Learn something new every day and be inspired by good examples: we want to share knowledge about the trasformation of the working world, about creativity and innovation with you and pass it on in impulse lectures and lecture series in the überlab. In the future, there will be regular opportunities to expand your horizons at überlab.
Events
Getting together and exchanging ideas with others must be an integral part of the working world. We have created plenty of great spaces for this in the House of Communication and in überlab. Our lounges, event spaces, roof terraces and outdoor areas are made for this. Let our event program surprise you with get-togethers, afterwork events and seasonal events.
Guided Tours
Open, transparent and inviting - the new House of Communication is not only open to Serviceplan Group employees. Guests and visitors can also get an idea of how New Work can succeed. Walk with us through the three buildings, Join, Heart and Lab, get inspired by the iTack or look from one of the roof terraces to the Alps. In different guided tours, we will show you the new home for innovation in Munich.
Workshops
Be active yourself and develop something new together with the team or with others. In various workshop formats, the new room offerings show what they can really do. Agile methods, creativity techniques, organizational development and many other topics find a new experiential environment in the überlab. We always offer bookable innovation formats for this.

iTrack exhibition space
Like a main artery, the iTrack runs through the entire Haus of Communication and displays not only interactive animations on large-format LED walls, but also perhaps your content in the near future. We would be happy to advise you on this.
